Ever wonder why the after 6 PM diet did not work for you but did wonders to your friend? Do you get frustrated not losing weight after dieting while your friend who eats like a horse is maintaining a whistle-bait figure?  That is because our body is designed differently and reacts differently. There are also varied reasons why a certain diet plan among all diet plans work for some but not for others.  Diet Plans are designed for people who must watch out their food intake for reasons like health conditions, lifestyle change, religious beliefs, weight loss diets, or allergies.

Watch CNN Larry King interviewing Oprah on her Acai Diet:

For every reason, it does not follow that it is applicable to every person in that category. For example, a diabetic person who is on weight loss diet but allergic to  poultry products must take out chicken, butter or egg off his plate as it may stimulate his allergies. To better educate ourselves with the best diet program for our body type, we must take a look at diet plans and see how it works to our advantage.  So here are 5 of the diet solution review I have compiled.

  1. Acai Berry Diet – this small fruit with overabundance plantation in South America particularly in the Amazons of Brazil has received a lot of media mileage because of endorsements from famous celebrities like Oprah and Rachel Ray. It has proven to be an effective antioxidant, also claims cellular repair, fat breaker, rich in amino acid and flushes away unwanted matter in the body. People with allergic reaction to pollen may not try this plan as it may trigger an attack.
  2. DASH Diet – This plan is advised mostly to people with high cholesterol, hypertension and diabetes. A management guide must be followed for daily serving of food.  Calorie intake is observed and cooking of meals modified. The goal is to keep blood pressure down, lower cholesterol level and improve insulin production. This diet combined with good exercise can work to improve all mentioned health condition including cardiovascular health.
  3. Macrobiotic Diet – The philosophy of this plan is to eat from organic, natural and plant based sources. Most foods that are recommended are whole grains and vegetables. The covenant rule to healthy eating is by way of enjoying it, so slow eating is promoted. This diet is low on fat but very high in fiber so nutrient intake is not balanced that may result to vitamin deficiency.
  4. 100-mile Diet – This diet plan was conceptualized by local farmers and traders to consume only food that is produced within the 100 mile radius from your home (excluding fast food centers of course). The logic there is if it’s locally produced, it is sold fresh, free of preservatives and stress free. Not only you help the economy of your town improve but also you know who planted what or who caught what.
  5. Eat Right 4 Your Type – This diet plan revolves around the blood type of a person. A Blood Type B person may be allowed to eat meat but not poultry, can eat beans but not corn, while a Blood type O person is encouraged to eat seafood and spinach but restricted to eat cabbage and sprouts. A type O may be required to exercise more than another type who could just do it moderately. The philosophy behind this is that each blood type has different chemical reactions to food.

There are so many diet and weight loss plans available similar to the diet solution reviews, all you have to do is find one that suits best your lifestyle, needs and goals. Good luck!
